Political Affairs

 Interest in political affairs came from home.  There was a political family, the conversation was about politics.  If the political winds were blowing on a small scale, because they were residents of a remote rural area, they would contribute something.  The presidential election of Ayub Khan's era or later the era of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto would have been involved on a small scale in one way or another.  The premise is that political thinking has been a part of life.  Life goes on thinking about what is happening to the country and what needs to be done to improve it.  It is not that our thinking was very high-minded, but whatever the nature of the standard, it remained political.

 Now, however, that is not the first refreshment in political thought.  There is no fatigue in body and soul because old age has not changed our hobbies.  Not only are our hobbies what they used to be, but maybe their expressions are a bit more obsessive than before, but in spite of this, we are tired of thinking.  Of course, one of the reasons is that we have seen a lot.  From the time of Ayub Khan till now, the scenes that have been unfolding in the history of the country, we have witnessed a kind of them.  He has been writing about the situation in the country for a long time now.  Journalism started in the time of General Zia-ul-Haq and estimate that it has been 34 years since General Sahib.  If the nature of events were to change then thoughts and feelings would at least remain fresh if not young. But our poor observation is that there has been a reign of incompetence and incompetence in our history.  Things keep repeating.  The population has increased, where is the population of the country in the time of Ayub Khan and where is the population invasion which is before our sinful eyes today.  The size of the economy has increased with the population.  There has also been progress, the living standards of the classes have improved.  The roads that are now there were not before.  The kind of traffic flowing on these roads could not have been imagined before, but where there were many opportunities for us to become a developed nation, it did not happen.  We missed those opportunities and now, compared to the middle class nations, we are lagging behind in most respects.  Once upon a time we were counted with states like Turkey and South Korea.  Not now, they have gone too far and our situation is not ideal.

 It seems natural to get tired of thinking.  When it is known that nothing is going to happen, the problems have to be more serious, then what is the use of being a mentor and presenting the architectural recipes of the nation.  Advice is a boring process anyway.  Explain to more than one child, then they get bored.  In this situation, the pain of the nation has been put aside against one's will.  Now if anyone tries to talk to us about the situation in the country, they either smile or humbly say let's go and talk about something else.  The same words have penetrated the tongue of Karkar and the ears of those who hear the same kind of words are also in bad condition.  Therefore, the same voice is raised again and again that time should just pass properly, that is, instead of looking outside, now the helpless look inside.  It is not that we have become an eunuch and are peeking inside to assess our own weaknesses and failures.  Absolutely not, just a plea for good health, because without it, the desire to live is gone.  The second is that man can fulfill the habit of those occupations which are necessary to keep nature happy.

 Yes, it must be said that a reasonable income is an essential element of the kind of life that is being pointed out here.  Reasonable does not mean plaza to plaza.  But only if the expenses of the month are met and the last date of the month is not felt the need to borrow from anyone.  When there is no reasonable income, a person tends to be embarrassed.  Jobs can only be accomplished if there is something in the pocket.  In this humble youth we have seen that there is a desire for something and there is not enough ability to fulfill the desire.  Why not just a bottle of perfume or an inspirational bottle.  Only a poet of such darkness can guess that like Mirza Ghalib there may not be thousands of wishes but in the evening there may be a small wish and it may not be fulfilled.  Oh, the passing of such a night.  They are not writing like this, they have spent such evenings but they did not come to anyone.  That is why it is requested that a reasonable income is necessary for a life full of vain desires.

 We who live in rainfed areas have an obligation to rely on rain to limit land production.  Not so in the case of canal areas where production is obviously high.  Therefore, for a long time, it has been considered necessary for the people living here to do something.  That is why there has been a tradition of employment in rainfed areas since the time of the British.  The people here went to the army and other departments under duress.  The livelihood was only when the grain of the year came from the land and other expenses were met by the job.  In a way, the hardship was so good that people had to go out in search of employment and in this quest the importance of education was also realized.  Is considered ahead of the rest of Pakistan.

 The newspaper was reading that a former finance minister of Afghanistan is currently driving Uber in Washington.  What a great torment to be exiled.  In this context, those who have some income or have jobs should give thanks to God.  There was a time when Afghanistan was a prosperous country.  In the time of Zahir Shah, people used to come from all over the world to visit Kabul.  Despite our shortcomings and folly, the country is ours, but who can be unaware that innumerable dangers are looming over us.  The population is out of our control, the economy is bad, the country is not going the way it should be, and the country's leadership is very poor.  I did not listen to the speech of the Prime Minister at the OIC Foreign Ministers' Conference but a message came on WhatsApp that the speech of the Prime Minister was a bit like a sermon.  Who can explain to them that there is no shortage of preaching or advice in the Islamic world?  Our weaknesses and illnesses are different.  May we have the ability to overcome those weaknesses.
